Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about visual storytelling, brand building, and delivering exceptional user experiences. This role requires a dynamic designer with strong expertise in graphic design, video editing, UI/UX design, and multimedia content creation. The ideal candidate will lead projects from concept to execution, ensuring design excellence across digital, print, and interactive platforms. Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, and execute creative materials for digital campaigns, social media, websites, mobile apps, and print. Lead and manage design projects while mentoring junior designers. Develop UI/UX design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to create Edit and produce video content for marketing campaigns, product demos, and brand storytelling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, development) to ensure brand consistency and impactful visual communication. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply them to elevate creative output. Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and deliver high-quality visual standards.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of professional design experience in an agency, startup, or in-house creative team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma/Sketch/Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, UI/UX projects, and video editing. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition. Knowledge of motion graphics, 2D/3D design, and animation is a plus. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Cinema 4D, etc.). Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design-to-development collaboration. Branding and visual identity development experience. Creative storytelling and copywriting skills.
